Notices for Choir Members
  Good evening everyone!

I am sure this email will come as no surprise to anyone.
I have taken the decision to cease all choir practices until further notice.  However, one thing I am asking you all to do  is to continue to practice at home.  I mentioned last week that Presto Music have now an input with Choraline and can supply copies of the sections on CD, tape or download for everyone to listen to their own specific part. Maybe you can tinker on a piano.

All I can do now is to wish everyone sincerely the very best of health and let's hope we and our families get through this unscathed.

Kindest regards

Sheila

Dear Choir Member and Choir Supporter

We will be very pleased to welcome new Choir Members to all sections on 10th September.  Please just turn up on the evening and make yourself known to a Committee Member.  Practices are from 7 pm to 9 pm.  Choir Membership Forms will be available for everyone on that evening, as will Patron’s Membership Forms.

I look forward to seeing everyone.

Kind regards

Sheila, Chair

Fund Raising.
Christmas is coming!!
If you buy over the internet do remember to log into Easyfundraising and add a little to our total.             £143.38

The Gower Chorale is registered with easyfundraising.org.uk so that whenever you purchase goods over the internet, the big shops (e.g John Lewis, M&S, B&Q) and many more will pay a percentage of what you spend (usually about 1% to 2%) to Choir funds. Simply go to www.easyfundraising.org.uk to register that you wish to do this and to learn more about how it works. If in doubt, ask a choir member for further details.    Then you can help the choir raise funds!

You, your family, and friends can help with fundraising by shopping through easyfundraising.org.uk.  Here is the link to http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/how-it-works/
We have raised over £128 so far, not a lot, I know, but with almost no effort. Even a on-line grocery shop at Sainsbury's raises a little. more info
